I recently had an individual from this company fix my garage door, which was not operating correctly. The gentleman's name was Jamison and her was great. He fixed the problem promptly and correctly. He was very pleasant and polite and a great representative for this company. I would not to hesitate to call this company if I have a future problem.

Life saver, as I had water heater and filter being Installed the next day in the garage. Then garage door breaks. Jamison came out within couple hours at 7:30pm and fixed two broken springs for heavy door and did full inspection. Price was fair and service was quick. Definitely recommend.

The spring broke on my garage door on Saturday. I called and they showed up in a couple hours. Changed out the spring and replace the rollers. Quick response, fair price and fast service. I'm well pleased and would recommend A&R to anybody. Good company.

Jamison was an excellent technitian that took great care to get our garage door working again. The belt had broken and the spring needed re-calibrating, which he noticed that the motor was struggling to pull the door open. He was kind and made sure to educate us as to what was happening, why, and how the door worked. He also installed a new key pad and had a replacement remote for our device in his workvan. He came out the same day within 2 hours, and was quick to return our call. Pricing was reasonable.

We're on time and did a great job repairing our garage door. Recommended that we upgrade our rollers as well. We had the cheap plastic ones that actually make it harder to raise your door. Now the door is sooo much quieter!!
